Existing customers are being served as usual with additional security measures being applied.
All new customers would need to fill in a questionnaire prior to acceptance. We aim to be fair at all times with everyone but it is becoming increasingly challenging to provide our services despite a significant number of customers who made cancellations.
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are sorry to inform our loyal customers that a significant number of our workforce and contractors are self-isolating. In addition to this, a significant number of our customers were canceled in the effort of minimising the spread of COVID-19.
We have quickly begun experiencing difficulties procuring a sufficient number of adequate face masks for the cleaners as this is expected to become the norm in the near future.
When we take this into account and the increasing complexities of running our business we might need to reconsider our pricing as our operating margins are already quite low.
We review the situation regularly, further decisions on this will be made in due course.
We sincerely hope that we would be able to see ourselves through those unprecedented times.
